Service Auction

Bright and early on an inservice, Monday March 15, 1999, over 50 Interacters showed up for what was supposed to be the first ever service auction. However, due to the absence of Rotarians, the activity was easily transformed into service for sale with four of the ten groups assigned to do the service for $200 from the East Rotary Club and Mr. Lee Fort. To pass the time, the Interacters played a little name game, getting to know each other a little bit better. Those who were interested in obtaining a Malaysian pen pal did a little recorded message on video tape. Also, those who were interested in running for office gave a quick introduction of themselves to the rest of the Interacters. All in all, despite the cancelled auction, Interacters were able to have some fun. :)
