To start off the second semester, on Feb 10, 1999, Interact made 356 red ribbons for the opening night of a gala event for The Academy of Friends in San Francisco. Because of a wonderful showing of members, these ribbons were made in under an hour. These red ribbons are just another step in the path that Interact would like to help the community take in promoting AIDS awareness
