Basket Ball Tournament

Friday, April 9th, the Interact Club of Piedmont Hills is hosting it's very first ever three on three Basketball Tournament at the basketball courts near the tennis courts.
As of yet, we would still like some more teams to show their skills. So far, it would appear that one of the better teams would be Below The Rim with Jason Cornillez, Scott Hertzberg, and Linh Nham. So far, they appear to be the best bet. If you think that you could possibly beat them (i'm talking to u people out there who are on the school's bball teams), then sign up ure three person team by going to our Sign-Up Page. I know that my team won't win. After all we are Triple X with myself, Scott Campbell, and Josh Barrington, and Lara Sumera. We're just there for amusement.
Here's the scoop... We would like to have 16 teams competing in an elimination style tournament. It'll be similar to the NCAA college basketball tournament...we start with the 16, then go to the elite eight, final four, and then the championship. There is a $15 entrance fee for each team. That's pretty cheap considering it's only $5 a person. Plus, there is a grand prize for the winner. It is $25 for first, $15 for second, and $10 for third. Now, if you ask me, those are pretty good prizes, not to mention that you will win fame all over plus have your picture on the website.
If you wanna play, you don't have to be in Interact, or our school for that matter.
We have invited our own KEY club and the Interact club from IHS. If you are from either of those schools, you can play. All you have to do is go to our Sign-Up Page and fill it out with the names and phone numbers of your team along with your team name. If you don't know anyone who wants to play, or who is already on a team, go to our Sign-Up Page and fill it out with your name and phone number and we'll put you on a team on the day of the tournament. Just show up on April 9th at the Bball courts near the tennis courts at Piedmont with your money and it'll be all good.
We will also be selling water and soda, so bring your wallets. If you want to volunteer, we need you. Go to our Sign-Up Page and fill it out.

IF YOU HAVE YET TO DO FUNDRAISING, YOU NEED TO PARTICIPATE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLUB! If you help out you get an activity. To sign up your team or for helping out go to your Sign-Up Page.
